Saturday, August 23, 2003  The cost of...reading?  Hey, the book I'm working on has a pre-order page on the publisher's Web site, and, good Lord, it's $59.95. What are they going to print it on, shatoosh? I sure wouldn't pay that much for it. (No, I'm not posting the link. I fear that would lead to a good deal of trouble for all concerned.)
