Thursday, July 15, 2004  Does anyone else think it's odd–bordering-on–inappropriate that the song "Come on-a my house, I'm gonna give you candy" is being used in a commercial for Martha Stewart housewares, inasmuch as Martha Stewart is, in all probability, on her way to the Big House where people get traded for candy? (Although maybe that's what the people who did the ad are going for, in which case it's funny, but still inappropriate, at least if they're getting paid for the ad by any part of her corporate empire.)
